The Trillium Waldorf School, a not-for-profit charitable organization, is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for ensuring the school’s financial viability and long-term sustainability. The Board holds fiduciary responsibility for establishing sound policies and procedures that guide daily operations.
The school follows a consensus-based decision-making model with staff and faculty managing day-to-day operations and delivering the curriculum.
Together, our Board and staff leadership team are committed to strong fiscal oversight and prudent financial management. We are taking a conservative, well-grounded approach to planning and tracking our finances, recognizing that this discipline is essential for accountability and for building confidence in the school’s capacity and long-term success.
